What are the standard help desk hours?

Our standard hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We also have additional contract options to extend help desk access outside of our standard working hours as required.

How do I log a ticket?

When you enter in to a support contract with us, we will give you access to a support system. This allows you to log tickets 24/7 via the web, include attachments and screenshots, check on the progress of tickets, and even run reports and analytics on tickets to date.

As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, Sync can carry out warranty and non-warranty repairs on the entire range of Apple technology. All works are carried out using Apple’s official parts and processes.

What COVID measures does Sync have in place?

Our teams have been working tirelessly to implement protective measures for COVID. This includes a full risk assessment and policy document for each element of the business – including our Head Office, Retail Store, Training Room, and for works carried out on customer sites (such as training or technical works).
